After the much-loved success of our Charlotte series, Tuileries Patisserie proudly presents the first indulgence from our Winter Menu : the Winter Charlotte Cake.

A timeless French classic, this creation features hand-piped ladyfinger sponge, layered with moist chocolate sponge, and luscious Belgian dark and white chocolate mousse inserts. The cake is elegantly finished with a fresh strawberry compote and crowned with whole, ripe strawberries.

Decadent, elegant, and irresistibly balanced , this is a heavenly delight for dark chocolate and strawberry lovers.

Ingredients:Ā Dark Chocolate (54%), White Chocolate (23%) Sugar, flour (GLUTEN), egg, cream, butter, cocoa powder, strawberry
