Young and vibrant, Chef Kamal Arora had a keen interest in baking since an early age. Classically trained in French pastry, she has completed her Diploma in Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris France, one of the leading culinary schools in the world. During her stay in Paris she worked at city's finest and leading patisseries/ boulangerie like Gérard Mulot, Sébastien Gaudard, and at Rachel's Cake, Paris. "After returning to Delhi and understanding what delights the Indian taste buds and how the scope of French pastry is tremendous yet unexplored currently in our country she decided to start her own venture as Tuileries Pâtisserie in Delhi. " "The menu works using classical and authentic French techniques yet presented in a modern looking way. To obtain guest delight the brand focuses on use of best quality ingredients (Imported Belgian Chocolate, French Butter) and delivering delicious products.
